About the Role
An apprenticeship with Ezyquip Hire is an opportunity to learn from best in business tradespersons and gain invaluable experience on a wide range of OEM plant and equipment. Our large Caterpillar fleet provides excellent training opportunities for our apprentices to grow into industry leading tradespeople.
Our annual apprentice intake is now open, and we are looking for motivated candidates in Brisbane, Toowoomba, Roma, and Dubbo who are aspiring to complete an apprenticeship in Heavy Diesel Fitting. Our apprentice positions are for November 2023, or January 2024 commencement.
About You
As an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual, you will possess the following attributes:
Essential
- Mechanically minded, with an interest in machinery;
- The ability to work hard, with a hardworking team;
- Good manual dexterity;
- Sound mathematical and problem-solving skills; and
- Current driver’s licence, and your own reliable transport.
Desirable
- Completion of year 12 (or equivalent);
- Prior trade experience in a relevant industry;
- Cert I or II (pre-voc) qualification will be highly regarded for 1st year Apprentices; and
- Construction Industry Blue or White Card.
2023 grade 12 graduates, or those with prior trade experience (in any field!), are encouraged to apply.
